This pin is made with vintage steel button from a railroad uniform and can be worn as a lapel pin, brooch or hat pin. In 1894, the Southern Railroad was founded out of regional lines connecting North Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia. The line was connected to New Orleans, Louisiana in 1916.The travel buttons designs in the collection are made with real vintage railroad and industry uniform buttons dating between 1880 and the 1970s.
